  • What should I do if I leave something behind in one of your taxis?

    If you believe you’ve left an item in one of our taxis, please contact us as soon as possible. Provide us with the date and time of your trip, the pickup and drop-off locations, and any details about the item. Our drivers regularly check their vehicles for lost items and will do their best to reunite you with your belongings. While we cannot guarantee the recovery of lost items, we are committed to helping as much as we can.

  • I have a complaint about my recent ride. How can I address it?

    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we value your feedback to help us improve. Please contact our customer service team with the details of your concern, including the date, time, and driver’s name (if available).   • What payment options do you accept?

    We strive to make paying for your ride as convenient as possible. Our taxi service accepts the following payment options:

    Cash: Pay your driver directly with cash.

    Credit/Debit Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

    Mobile Payments: Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted for seamless, contactless transactions.

  • Can I Bring Pets or Service Animals in Your Taxis?

    We welcome pets in our taxis! For the comfort and safety of all passengers, we kindly ask that pets be in a carrier or secured on a leash. Please let us know in advance when booking your ride so we can ensure a pet-friendly vehicle is available.

    Service Animals:
    Service animals are always welcome in compliance with federal and state laws. There’s no need to notify us ahead of time—your service animal can ride with you at any time, free of charge.

  • What is the maximum number of passengers your vehicles can accommodate?

    Our standard vans can comfortably seat up to 5 passengers. For larger groups, we offer a party bus that can accommodate up to 12 passengers for an additional fee. Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or a larger group, we have the perfect option to suit your needs!

  • How Can I Become a Driver for Your Taxi Business?

    We’re always looking for friendly, reliable drivers to join our team! To become a driver, here’s what you’ll need:

    A Valid Driver’s License – You must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

    Experience – Prior driving or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

    Background Check – All applicants must pass a background check and meet local requirements for taxi drivers.

    Vehicle Knowledge – Familiarity with Carteret County roads and a commitment to safety is essential.
